BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT Appointments may be scheduled by telephone or online booking. A valid credit or debit card number is required to reserve any appointment time in advance. Nothing is held or authorized on card prior to your appointment, but is held as collateral for your presence. Inability to provide required information requires a cash deposit or prepayment of any service and may be received on a walk-in basis only. Though we cannot guarantee a service will be possible at time of walk-in. CANCELING or MOVING AN APPOINTMENT A 24-hour notice is needed to CHANGE, CANCEL or RESCHEDULE any appointment regardless of circumstance. Failure to provide proper notice of missed appointment will result in a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the services scheduled. All cancellations must be made via telephone prior to the scheduled appointment. ONLINE BOOKING & BOOKING FOR OTHERS Skullz Salon is in no way responsible for booking errors made by the client online. This includes any errors in date, time, services or client accounts. Clients may not book online for another client under their own online account. All appointments must be booked under separate client files, as each individual must register for an account with unique login credentials. This applies to spouses, children or any other relationship a client may have with another. If an appointment is made for another individual under an incorrect client account, both appointments will be auto-canceled. Any and all applicable cancellation or booking error fees will apply to any of the above. CONFIRMATION COURTESY A digital email and/or SMS text confirmation will be provided immediately upon booking any appointment. Another digital reminder will be automatically sent to you 48 hours prior to scheduled service. Skullz Salon is not responsible for technical difficulties that may prohibit your acknowledgement of reminder email or text message. After all, we are all adults, responsible for our own schedules. SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS On the rare occasion that a service needs adjustment. Please call the salon immediately, as we are unable to provide complimentary alterations after 7 days from original service. Keep in mind that changing your mind, and requesting a completely new or different service is not an adjustment and may require an additional service price. If you attempt to book an adjustment service online without contacting the salon for approval, service fees will apply at your visit. CHILDREN Skullz Salon welcomes your child(ren) for hair services. However, additional adult supervision is required during your hair service as we are unwilling to be responsible for your child(ren). If no additional supervision is present, rescheduling a service may be required and cancellation fees may apply. Skullz Salon is also an adult environment and we cannot guarantee that conversations between stylists and clients will always be age appropriate for children under 18. PRODUCT SALES & PAYMENT METHODS All sales are final. No monetary refunds or returns. On the rare occasion that a product does not fit your needs. Please bring the slightly used product back to the salon within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or product credit. All jars, bottles, tubes and aerosols must be 2/3 full in order to qualify for exchange. We accept cash and credit/debit cards. We are unable to accept checks as form of payment under any circumstances. MODEL SERVICES AND DEPOSITS Some appointments require deposits to hold the time. This includes model services for our apprenticeship as well as transformative and corrective color services that will take additional booking time. Deposit required appointments are unable to be changed and/or canceled, period. If you are unable to make it to your scheduled deposit appointment the deposit will be forfeited without refund, return or transfer.
